It’s been one hell of a week trying to recover from Coachella’s sandstorms, unforgettable musical sights and sounds, and carefree vibes.  I miss everything from the daily fashion shows to the daily fresh coconuts.   A weekend isn’t long enough to fully appreciate and experience all that Coachella has to offer: activities, food trucks, art installations, rides, photo ops, people watching– all going on while a wide range of amazing musical artists play live at the same time.  The struggles in prioritizing people, food, and sights to see, and choosing when to leave one set for another got hard at times.  But I’m thankful for the times I wandered off on my own.  Some of my favorite moments were spent alone running through crowds in between sets and stage-tent-hopping to chase after surprise guests.  Among so many great memories are also those that I missed, like Elie Goulding, a ferris wheel ride, and…

Coachella 2014: Fans Left Disappointed as Outkast’s Performance Cut Short

Outkast’s first performance together in nearly 10 years hit a bum note at Coachella after their performance was reportedly cut short because it overran.

Andre 3000 and Big Boi took to the stage at the festival – which could also be watched live online – for their highly anticipated performance, but a lot of fans were left disappointed when Andre’s microphone was switched off.

Kicking off at 11.30pm on Friday, their set ran until 1am and the duo were stopped from bringing Killer Mike on stage for The Whole World as a finale.

The San Gabriel Valley Tribune reports: ‘The group was able to thank the fans despite the sound being cut for Mike’s performance because their microphones were turned back on. The crowd started booing when the microphones were cut off…
